Our leader, It’s Nigel’s vision, drive and passion that created Severn Bay! With over 35 years experience, Nigel deals with our most complex clients, some with turnovers in excess of £60 Million. If you have a problem, if no one else can help you and if he’s free, he will have the solution. Nigel combines this experience with 30 years as a British Army Reserve Officer, making him a great Manager and a true leader.
Karen takes care of operations, HR, Training and admin for the Senior Account Executives. Karen was a secondary school teacher for 25 years, bringing a wealth of management and training experience to this role. With over 5 years commercial experience, she loves doing admin, with no kids around to get in the way.
